Meet Coach Roe

Roschelle Jimerson is a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ who serves as an apostolic and prophetic leader, commissioned to help believers walk in alignment with God’s purposes for their lives. She carries a passion for dismantling limiting religious mindsets and guiding people into a deeper understanding of their identity, calling, and spiritual authority.

Through mentoring and coaching, Roschelle helps individuals live with greater authenticity by asking purpose-driven questions that awaken spiritual awareness and personal responsibility. Her work emphasizes inner transformation, teaching that when the soul is renewed through revelation of identity in Christ, believers are empowered to walk out what God has written concerning them.

Grounded in her calling from Acts 26:16–18, Roschelle ministers with spiritual insight, wisdom, and clarity of speech. She has a particular grace to strengthen prophetic and emerging leaders, helping them move with confidence and discernment in their God-given assignments.

Roschelle is the Director of the Governing Glory Legislative Prayer Network and serves as an apostolic mother and mentor to developing leaders. She resides in the Charlotte, North Carolina area, where she enjoys family life as a wife, mother of five, and grandmother of nine. Rooted in prayer and discernment, she remains attentive to God’s leading as she serves the Body of Christ.
