Every week, you'll meet live with Coach Ro via Zoom for group coaching — not a recorded course you work through alone, but real-time training with the woman who's walking this calling out herself. Upon completion, Coach Ro personally certifies you, and you receive your credentialing as a Dream Mentor.

Your Curriculum

To fully step into the training, you'll also complete the official Dream Mentors 101 curriculum through Dream Mentors Transformational Life Institute — the publisher of the materials this certification is built on.

30 hours of course content (video teaching, presentations, and audio), covering the foundation every Dream Mentor needs:

  • The line between life coaching and biblical life coaching — and why it matters

  • Discipleship vs. Christian coaching, and coaching vs. counseling: knowing which lane you're in

  • Vision, purpose, destiny, and passion — and how your values shape what you carry

  • The DM Destiny Determinants Life Coaching Model

  • Understanding motivation: why people do what they do, and where they get stuck

  • Learning to be a life coach, not just do the tasks of one

  • DM's 12 Disciple Coach Training Standards — coach attitude, coach transformation, and client-centered skill

  • The ethical standards required for membership in Dream Mentors International

  • The path of a Spiritual Director, and how it intersects with Transformational Life Coaching

  • An introduction to the 12 Spiritual Disciplines for spiritual formation

  • Practical approaches for helping clients move past obstacles and roadblocks

  • The Contemplative Christian Transformational Coaching Model, plus other applied frameworks

- DM 12 Discipler Coach Training Standards consisting of the four components of Coach Attitude, Coach Transformation, and Coach Client Centered Skills. These are the basic standards required by all DM Biblical Life Coaches and Transformational Life Coaches.

- DM Ethical Standards for membership in Dream Mentors International

- The Path of a Spiritual Director and how this relates to a Christian Transformational Life Coach.

- An introduction to the 12 Spiritual Disciplines for spiritual formation.

- Different approaches to overcoming obstacles and roadblocks for Biblical Life coaches and Christian Transformational Life Coaches.

Upon completion of our Dream Mentors 101 Course you will also then be qualified to take our Dream Mentors 201, and then 301 Class you can sign up for here also if you've received your credential for the 101 Class.
